Help with powering block, with space limitations

I need help with finding techniques to power a block.
I am struggling with powering the Yellow wool block I am looking at. The purpose is to toggle the redstone torch on the other side. I am struggling to think of a way to power this block, with my space limitations. Is there a way I can power a block from ontop?
