The Best Livestock Mod Has Updated!

I posted a reddit post a while ago about this mod, Livestock Overhaul, and I recently did a big updated overview on it! This is such an exciting opportunity for me and a lot of the community, because it brings mundane Minecraft topics to life, and also creates so many unique features.

Highlighted Updates & Features

• All animals reworked; new models, behaviors, and better Minecraft-style integration
• Biome-based spawning; animals now appear in specific regions (no more random finds)
• Expanded breeds; cows, sheep, pigs, chickens & more all have unique roles and traits
• Quality; work towards better quality on animals! Wild animals start out with 0-30%, but breeding helping animals come out with higher and higher until you get an additional 3-4 pieces of loot per high quality animal!
• O-Horses overhaul; stats, breeds, taming (bucking 👀), customization, and gear
• Functional livestock roles; dairy vs meat animals actually matter now with varying breeds that may produce more milk and faster, same for meat! SWEM HORSES + LO HORSES can herd, not just LO!
• Food dependency; if you find yourself not being able to use the loot items, don't worry! livestock overhaul makes it possible for you to use and/or cook all drops. cooked horses doesn't sound delectable but oh well!
• Sheep upgrades; wool processing, cheese making, and breed variety
• Goats & caravans; climb, carry, link together, and produce multiple resources, plus farm goats that are now different from o-mountain goats!
• New + improved animals; camels, caribou, mooblooms, unicorns, and more
• Easter Eggs; dind out more about the Headless Horseman, the zombie horse that transforms into a skeleton horse, and so on!
• Chicken breeds; different egg colors depending on breed 🥚and also improved genetics + breeds!
• Wagons, carts, & plows; fully functional transport + farming systems with ways to hook up pulling animals and also transport yourself, other players OR animals!
• Mount keys & tack; lock, customize, and gear up your animals
• Genetics & variation; tons of coat colors, markings, and combinations
• In-game guidebook; super helpful for learning everything as you go!
• Addon Options; plenty of addon options including Pets Addon, Fancy Ferrets, Hamtastic Hamsters, and plenty more. She is also designing additional addons in case you do want more detail and variety!

My personal favorites are the wagons! These wagons have been a game changer for me. With the plow, you can harvest and till + it stores it in the wagon chest. A big thank you to DragN0007 for these improvements, and for keeping this mod so polished for us gamers!
