

A bit time consuming but overall one of the easier recipes in the book, I think. I've never cooked with rhubarb before or even eaten it so this was super fun to try! This from-scratch pie crust recipe was probably the best I've ever used – it was actually quite easy to roll out without too much sticking. Def recommend. Anyways, who's excited for 1.7?

Quick question, what does rhubarb taste like? I’ve been thinking about making this one, but I’d have to plant my own (since it isn’t sold anywhere near me), so if tastes great I might be more motivated to do it lol
Looks great! It‘s from the official cookbook? I did consider buying it but got the coloring book for my daughter in the end. Is it more like a gimmick or would you say there are some dishes in there that you would want to cook regularly?
