Like, that's LITERALLY pixel art. That's not even 500kb worth of artwork. So why is it so low quality? I know I'm missing a whole ton of computer information, but it really sucks to grab something from the official terraria wiki and have it look like I have farsightedness.\

It looks low res because interpolation between pixels blurs it, and it’s not scaled up. You open it in any drawing software it’ll look fine.
