because If you build everything from it, you might aswell start importing models from blockbench into a resource pack. It would literally be more performance and survival friendly too lol

They are being used. But imo it, to some extent, defies the purpose of building in Minecraft, it kinda just becomes 3D modeling at this point.

I think it’s quite annoying to make them into some good looking model, I only used them for a gravestone, making a vertical stone slab
