Stardew valley is a cozy games. Like one thinks Dark Souls series is cozy. At it's core, it's a RPG games. A simulation. It fun, because it's hard.
Stardew BECOMES cozy as you play it. Fresh in and new to the game. I agree. Pretty stressful.
I have found, that in multiplayer, I enjoy it much more with a mod to slow time just a bit. In multiplayer time doesn't pause in the animations and in the pause menu so the days feel unreasonably short. Just my opinion.
As someone also getting anxiety from wanting to do everything each day in Stardew or miss something, is that actually the case or can you just dedicate yourself to one goal per day or even per week without any consequence? I feel like if I don't earn enough each month, I'll die probably I dunno.
