I've tried looking through JEI but all it brought up was this. I've looked through the wiki, and it says it comes from armorer villagers, but I've went through a few that I made experts, and got nothing. I dug through just about every and all resources I could think of, but I couldn't find anything for these guys. So, how do you actually get them?
