120 FPS in Roblox Mobile

I was playing MM2 in Roblox , and the gameplay seemed smoother than before and when I checked it was on 120 fps

It kept fluctuating between 120 and 60

I wonder how I can make it to be stable 120 fps , no matter the game I play because mostly I get 45 or 60 fps and nothing higher in any other game
