I feel like I’ve seen something like this before. A quick try in a banner editor gets me close with
– Black banner
– Light blue base
– Light blue chief
– Black bordure indented
– Black bend sinister

I’ve managed to create a somewhat similar pattern using the pmc editor, though it is not craftable due to having one pattern too much.
-Black Banner
-Light blue chevron
-light blue inverted chevron
-black base dexter canton
-black chief sinister canton
-black lozenge
-light blue roundel
-black bordure indented
The black indented bordure can be skipped. Gives a shield pattern that looks not as close to the original as the above pattern, but makes it survival craftable without mods.
