I can't find any posts about this specific example…
I play on Bedrock and have Actions and Stuff on along with some other mods like Crops and Farms and I think some kind of chest organisation… anyway I have now seen tiny iron golems a handful of times in my world which I at first thought was just a texture issue but I noticed today that on the homepage for Actions and Stuff it shows a tiny golem?? So I'm assuming this must be on purpose? Does anyone know why they're only tiny some of the time?

Maybe it’s a copper golem retextured to a mini iron golem
Actions and Stuff adds a bunch of fake babies which have a chance of spawning instead of a regular version of that mob. You can disable it in the actions and stuff settings.
