I switched to creative mode in order to figure this embers rekindled alchemy mod stuff out but….genuinely What the actual f*ck does this mean?

I am SO lost on the embers rekindled aspect of the modpack and quite frankly, I'm damn near close to just deciding to keep the cheated in codebreaker so I can avoid having to make it the intended way.

please help because I'm genuinely at a loss.

I know that Orange = Correct, Pale = incorrect spot, black = incorrect. Any help would be appreciated.
