Nice! Foraged for a whole bag of fiddleheads last weekend. Made a bunch of food with them. Fiddlehead miso soup, fiddleheads with ground peanuts, fiddlehead pizzas. And when I was lazy, toast with tomato sauce, fiddleheads, tuna and olives 😂
