Its a getfixedboi world. The progress bar just keeps disappearing and reappearing. And zero dutchman summoned as well. I also made a hell farm that doesnt display the progress bar AT ALL for whatever reason. Wheres the proper place to farm these events?

Since it’s pirates it needs to be near a town for the pirates to spawn properly for this you just need two houses and two NPCs for a town (one NPC might work as well but idk)
it worked just fine for me when I fought it in the underworld just about a screen away from my initial Underworld town.
I did a run before that that used the How Did I Get Here secret seed and the only place I could get Goblins and Pirates to spawn was my original spawn point underground, so, I think GFB might work the same way.
What are those shooting balloons?
