It’s ok, she’s been drinking out of your watering can when you sleep
Well, being honest, there are enough pounds in the farm for her to drink. It justs increases love towards you faster than just petting her.
im sure she drank from the pond as well! ☺ i prefer to think that she likes it more when you pour into her bowl personally, because i forget to water my pets a lot too lol

I never knew that was a thing for the longest time when I first started playing
cats in the wild get the majority of their water intake from their food! since we don’t have to feed the pets i’d assume they’re eating the pests around the farm. they get their water from their prey because cats have a natural aversion to water
I was today years old when I found out you need to fill the bowl. My poor pets over the years!
I put my horse stable right behind that spot, so every morning on my way to get my horse, my kitten gets pet & water.
I water my cat after watering the crops.
I didn’t know this either. I must rush home and offer the cat I frequently push out of my way some leftover water I got out of the small stagnant pond in my front yard. I shall use my finest watering can.
