yeah imo the game designs it reasonably well. around the time you have too many, you can start trading them in the desert for a couple slightly more useful things.
you also get the ability to process them more efficiently later, which doesn’t make them more useful but let’s you get their yield efficiently enough

I wish you could have him do multiple at once. He could just have a box that he puts the product in so you can grab as you need. I understand that later you get machines for that but it’s annoying early game if you have like 50 geodes.

The regular, frozen and magma can be tailored it a hoodie.
I always make one and place it with a pair of baggy pants on a mannequin right next to the door to quickly change clothes when I get home each night.
