If you let too many rewards go uncollected, the special order board can be blank. I haven't collected any rewards from the tab yet, so I haven't been able to receive any quests. It's fixed by just collecting the rewards, but I keep getting quests that I've already completed. Literally waiting on one specific quest to reach perfection…:(

Does that mean there are 99 tickets hanging outside the board and there is no ! on it like usual also?
Imagine checking the board all week just to find out Lewis forgot to pin the orders up 💀
