Broken modded block textures

The first image is how its meant to look like and the second is how it looks like for my friend, we both play on a minecraft modded server and the two mods we know that have broken textures are cobble Mon and sophisticated storage, does anyone have a fix for this?
we already tried adding more ram, GPU drivers are up to date, I even gave them the exact copy of my modpack, and the bug still accured, let it be known that other people play on the server, but none of them including me have ever run into something like this.
