i’m married to sam. i want to have 10+ hearts with everyone, so i’m giving the bachelors & bachelorettes bouquets. then he says this. why is there no jealousy? not that i want it to be because i don’t want any hearts dropped (although, i do want to pursue seb), but i’d like the drama.

i think spouses have a random chance to get jealous. pretty funny that sam is very cool and open about your new boyfriend though 😂

Probably because there are only so many dialogue options/conditions CA could fit into this one-man pixel game.
does the gossiping/jealous sequence only occur in someone’s house? i thought there’s a cutscene where they get mad at the player but if you have a rabbit foot’s they’ll talk about marnie and louis
CA just didn’t make it so the “you’re dating? congrats” type dialogue doesn’t trigger for spouses. he’ll get jealous once you gift Sebastian
