Prominence 2: Hasturian Era: Why doesn’t EMI’s recipe tree viewer show up?

This really sucks because this is the MAIN thing i love EMI for, it helps me so much in actually knowing how much of something i need, but it just doesn't show in this modpack which i am very sad about and i want to fix this.
