    i like to use the leaf litter as fuel for the furnace. it doesn't last long, but it's just so easy to pick up stacks and stacks of them while running around that it works out pretty well!

    top tip kevo as i'm sure others have probably said: you can use the leaf litter as furnace fuel, it does burn quick but if you have a lot its a good way to get rid of it all

    Been struggling a lot recently, this was such a mental reset for me. Thank you Kevin, this was a great watch. I know you've been worried about putting out 'low effort' content but this doesn't feel low effort at all. It is pure comfort in a world of chaos. Would love to see you play some Stardew or power wash simulator in this style it would be lovely. Make whatever makes you happy!

    39:05 – on my current forever world, I stayed near spawn. I didn’t build an actual house for months of ingame time because the island I spawned on was actually rather nice, but was all just stone so I covered it in a layer of grass. But the first thing I built was a mob grinder and didn’t finish the building surrounding the grinder for a long time, because I afk’d resources a lot. That grinder was my de facto base.

    Next to my starting island was a forest I deforested and flattened for my house. I built a bridge to connect the two landmasses.

    His inventory gets full and he decides to get rid of wood before getting rid of the multiple types of grass 💔
    Fire flys are cool but he had like 2 or 3 completely basic grass types

    Tip for drown. If you manage to get your hands on some glowstone, you can place glowstone blocks underwater for light sources. It won't completely get rid of the drown mobs but it thins thier numbers and also looks kinda cool at the same time. Sea pickles do the same but are much harder to come by in abundance.
