I aspire to be like Linus and Leah, but I’m currently not at the financial stability to get lost in the woods/mountains and live that peaceful solitary life.

I too am a nerdy escapist who very much needs to leave her house more often.
It was worse in my teens/early twenties. Seb reminds me so hardcore of me and my own issues it’s like looking into a mirror sometimes. Just minus the short-bound bluntness he displays towards strangers. And minus the smoking. And I like my sister (but I do clash with my neurodivergent dad).
Surprisingly, Sam. I didnt like him that much until I got his cutscenes, ironically, he’s my favourite now.
I started playing Stardew when I had a grocery store job, untreated depression, and was drinking a little too often. Now I happily live alone in a beach town, enjoy seafood, and have a creative writing degree.
Pure personality-wise, though, I’m probably most like Emily.
Sebastian. My social battery drains easily, and I spend a lot of time staring at screens.
shane. married him in my very first playthrough. back then i did not expect how much i will turn into him. mental illness can and will make you bitter and angry. though i haven’t found a farmer who’d look at me and decide that i’m worth it. at least i can be that for him.
