Hi,
So I'm doing a skyblock run and my plan is :
1) Generate the ocean biome
2) Get the Angler
3) Get crate potions
4) Get sky crates
5) Get the Starfury
So far, I'm on step 3-4. I've used my first 2 crate potions and only got 11 wooden crates and 2 iron crates.
At first, I was not sure that my sky island was placed at the right altitude but it says "space" on the right.
Any thoughts ? Or I'm just not patient enough ?
My other solution is to do more Angler quests to get better fishing gear because I've had the line break a couple of times while fishing.

Better fishing rod and bait?
You’re using the first rod. Get a better rod. What bait?
better bait is a good idea
you can get good bait by breaking the bushes in the jungle the red bugs are the good ones
The way to go is doing more Angler quests, you will get better gear and better bait with it
I’d personally go for weapons you can craft and buy. Biome crates are a pain to get this early.
You can kill the eye super easy with grenades which you can buy.
get a chair, get some ale. both of these add fishing power
Add a toilet and a garden gnome. Buggies are the best bait I’ve found consistently by breaking grass in the jungle.
You need the ragebait from the Crimison biome.
