If it’s too troublesome looking, personally I’d just bomb it at that point, but someone suggested cutting that bush down so you could try that

IIRC the hoe charge attack can still break them and if you equip magnet ring/s it’ll pull in the dropped item. The alternative is using the Scythe to get outside of the game border and then walking on the wall (you use the scythe animation to walk forward always a tiny bit, I dont recall if you can go through walls but I know you can use it at exits to walk around the map and enter on a wall)
