You just need to add some foliage back That’s pretty much it And maybe do a little bit of terraform on that mountain wall But that is just personal taste

It looks amazing.
In the before pic, the tower and smaller houses look kinda awkward next to the super huge one, now you have the big house as the focus and the farms and cliff and stuff supporting that design rather than distracting from it.

Great! Like others said. Adding in larger buildings helps with the scaling. Although, I would definitely keep the cave as a nether portal tho…

I like it before better due to the mossy and vines and stuff, that dosent mean the new one is bad, it just feels really empty.
i dont know what your building there but I think there needs to be more moss/vines/berries under the cave or something to make it not as empty and bland, because right now it just kinda looks like a bunch of grey stone (because it is), so maybe add more details behind it.
I cant really say to much because you havent started whatever project you are going to do back there, but right now all I can say from what you have is there needs more details where the stone is. In image one there are leaves, glow berries, moss, so I think the new version just needs more detail.
