The Drifter: A new way to traverse the End

It seems like these days, everyone and their mother has been asking for an End Update.

And that got me thinking, what if Mojang finally caved in and went through with it?

That's why I propose: The drifter.

This odd, jellyfish-like creature (not exactly living, not exactly artificial) floats around the gaps of the End void. It feeds on Chorus Fruit, so you'll need that to lure it closer. Once you've lured it in, you can saddle it and then ride it. But, you can't control it! You'll need to craft Chorus Fruit on a Stick (the end counterpart to the carrot on a stick, and warped fungus on a stick) to control it. Although it's slow, it's much easier to control than a pig or strider, since you can use your WASD keys to move around.

The purpose of the Drifter is to give players a way to explore the End, before obtaining an Elytra.

It may not be enough for some people, but for me, it's good enough.
