You can now place lava under potent sulfur (does not need to be full source) to create constant geyser eruption, meaning we can now control geyser eruption. Geyser eruption cooldown is now "randomly" based on the block position instead of the number of water source on top.

  1. This is great! Now it’s possible to use a geyser as an elevator without waiting for the random cooldown.

surprisingly, if there’s anything mojang does well (compared to other video game companies (and even the rest of microsoft)), it’s listening to their community. i love the snapshot system so much because it allows for such great community feedback. it’s super impressive just how much they listen, especially considering that minecraft is one of the most popular games in the world

Last week I found a way to keep them on forever using redstone, and in less than a week the tech becomes obsolete…

Definetly better to use than my machine though. No noises and doesn’t break on reload.

also you can dispense lava with dispensers which means this basically accomplishes the same thing that people have been asking for of being able to activate geysers with redstone.

Where are all the people saying that Mojang never listens to feedback?

It would be cool if we could use the airpressure in different directions. Since this can move objects if you could some how produce Geysers that shot out at the side front etc you could make a cool system to transport items

Somehow the geysers is the only thing inside this update that has me really excited
