I found that in the very top there is a teleportation device of some sorts, which leads to (a) treasure room(s)
I didn't dare to touch anything, and want to know if i get like cursed or something, or if there are any traps and i will just get blown to smithereens

That is for the Stargate mod – there can be lots of baddies in there be prepared and strong.
It’s safe. Built my base in/on one. Not sure if the server I’m on is ass but barely get any spawns inside or outside.
Read the rest of the post. No traps inside, just lots of loot and if you’re lucky bismuth ingots (pain to mine….)
