first pic is the farm i created on a planner site, and second is my farm now. i obviously know this is going to take me a whiiiiile but does anyone know about the ball park of time it might take?
also, is there anything else i should add or remove to make the future farm better? i dont mind too much about min/max but i do want to get the most fun out of the game possible.

Idk how long it would take but I love the layout and especially putting your house where it is and the silo in the middle of the three barns looks nice. I’ve had farms with similar amounts of buildings/planting that I have finished around end of year 3 but I wasn’t min/maxing either.
Edit: I would plan for spots to put your perfection buildings tho
Maybe adding the obelisks somewhere, since those are super important. Other than that, it looks good and feasible.
My personal preference is to not put grass anywhere I’d be running so like in between the fish ponds as an example.
That is a cool layout! Im at the end of my second spring with that farm, and I think im about a 3rd of the way there if that helps.
To be fair I haven’t played this before this save and im not min/ maxing but it is a rather big space to bring under control.
That being said I think if you grind hard you can make your farm by year 3 sometime or faster if you grind, maybe year 5 if you take it easy breezy.
This reminded me that I can move the farmhouse and now I am going to do it on every farm!
Keep in mind that planner you’re using does not include the permanent bushes scattered throughout the maps, and you cannot remove them without mods or being on select farm-map types, of which Meadowlands is not one (no, not even with an iridium-level axe).
The planner from this link includes the permanent bushes so you can more accurately figure out the layout: https://www.reddit.com/r/StardewValley/comments/1skhy76/sharing_my_new_farm_planner_desktop_mobile/
If you’re planning to reach True Perfection, then you’re going to need to dedicate spots for the 4 obelisks and golden clock.
If you’re doing it without mods, you can probably easily do this within 2 in-game years (by the 2nd summer) if you hoard. OR if you maximize the selling of artisan goods and fishing, and purchase your resources, it’ll be about maybe 5 in-game months if you’re a veteran Stardew player, and you lock in. Also, it depends on if you do Joja, or the Community Center route. If you’re maximizing profits all the way around, the Joja route, while massively frowned upon (🤭), would be the quickest way to get this done.
Maybe double-check that the horse can get across that single-width bridge from the house? If not, no biggie, just pick a different spot for the stable.
I’d definitely add the teleport obelisk near the eastern town entrance of the map and the other next to your house.
Decorative grass next to the fields is a bad idea
Can’t answer your question.
But how do you take the zoomed out photo of your farm? I never have. Currently playing on the switch if that matters.
Good luck
Important note: Your horse can’t cross the bridge from where you have your house and stable. It’s super annoying, but you’ll need the stable to be on the main section of the farm.
I don’t… Think the house can fit there… Now i feel like i need to see if I can move mine.
