Dash falls off really heavily this late in the game, and if you want dodge chance just use brain of confusion. Soaring insignia is by FAR an upgrade over master ninja gear in terms of post planters accessories I would say.
I really like the spore sac for dungeon exploration but i don't think that it holds up in bosses. The vulgar display of flower might be the best plantera drop tho
