After I unlocked the dangerous version of both mines, I never bothered to change it back and now the normal mines are just so boring and easy, so I just alway play on the dangerous mode.
I guess you could say I have my life (in stardew valley) on dangerous mode, đ
No but seriously, does anyone else do this?

I didnât even realize thatâs what this did but was wondering why the last time I went in everything was crazy different lololol def never going back
WAITâŚwhat? I never knew đ
I first did the hard mines after signing up for that qi challenge where you canât eat or drink anything. I read a comment here that said if you accept that while toggled to the hard mines, it will be even more difficult. I hated the hard mines for a long time-until I played on âregularâ difficulty. Now, I love the harder mines!
How do I get it to work?
“I play this game the way I enjoy; is that weird?”
I did this, and now I have unused 11 autopetters from the chest rewards… Nowdays I do normal mode since it’s usually easier for me to get plenty of iridium that way
No reason not to, especially that it’s a late game thing and only after you finish the quest; being able to finish it just means you’re ready for it and you’re expected to be well equipped for it.
That, and it’s one of the primary ways to get radioactive ore lol
No, that’s called hard
But yea I also do this too, radioactive ores, qi gems, and more awesome loot is a nice touch
Same! With a level 3-5 fairy and infinity weapon, it’s really not that hard.
The dangerous regular mines are even better than the dangerous skull mines IMO because 40-69 have lots of hardwood!
