They’re not in the right planter boxes, the dryad sell different boxes for each plants, and deathweed grow during blood moon, full moon and solar eclipses, water leaf during rain and fireblossom during the end of the day

They’ve grown. You just have to wait for conditions to be right for them to bloom:
* Fireblossom – evening
* Waterleaf – rain
* Deathweed – full/blood moon (basically anytime the Zoologist turns into a fox)
