Anyone know of any good quality mods that either add godzilla or are godzilla based

Ive been looking for a mod to add to a mod pack that will either just straight up add godzilla or something akin to him in my game that I can tame or encounter in my travels! I've been trying to find something to throw into a mod pack for my own personal single player world.
