At first, I always thought to myself: "I'm no artist, but I still want people to take an interest in my modpacks."
So, I initially had the entire cover generated by AI.
Then I realized that AI wasn't something I wanted to use, and I tried to break away from it.
Consequently, I created a cover where only the lettering was generated by AI.

It’s unimaginable for me that I took full two hours just for that last picture, especially since anyone could pull that off.
But today, I can say that I created even that part myself. While I still feel it doesn't look particularly good, I prefer it this way rather than having it created by an AI.

it’s great that you changed it!! if i saw that new thumbnail while browsing modpacks id IMMEDIATELY be drawn to it, whereas if u saw the old thumbnail id think “ew. ai” and immediately scroll past. a little effort goes a long way!

  2. don’t be hard on yourself for it taking a while; it takes someone ten years to learn how to do it in ten minutes, learning to do it yourself means you’ll be able to do it faster the next time

the new image looks good! tbh the AI one is pretty busy, while the one you made shows greenery to give you an idea of the vibe, has the fae type creatures, has the name, it tells the story!

    we love character development

the new one is much better than the ai one, a lot easier on the eyes too, nice job

More like, you saw how the anti which hunt is going and did not want them to do the same to you.
So long you’re happy it’s fine but remember, using AI is perfectly fine.
