It could be because it’s supposed to be raining elsewhere. I noticed this happen in deserts and other biomes where it doesn’t rain.

it’s probably raining but Mesa biome does not show it

the trees look the same way they do when theyre in savanah biomes. could be mini savanah biome if it looks like theres none.
the thing with savanah biomes is that it doesnt rain there even if its raining elsewhere like jungle or plains biome
