Behold the Amber smelter 2.0! This build allows you to evenly distribute 20 kelp and 1 dried kelp block into each smoker automatically maximizing speed and efficiency. In addition it locks itself when there is an insufficient amount of kelp preventing fuel loss. Fuel is automatically crafted and sent up into the input chest for fuel while any extra fuel is diverted into the chest a the bottom. The hopper clocks in blue have [x]+1 filler items inside which corresponds to the amount of fuel or kelp per smoker in your array. They are activated by a zero tick pulse sent by the hopper clock in green which has one stack of items insuring the furnaces are refilled when done smelting.
