Basically like a mod in forge 1.20.1 that lets me generate biomes like hytale, spawn is always plains, further south is warmer biomes like mesas, desert, savanna and further north is colder biomes like taiga and ice spikes, and then it loops back around to plains type of thing.
Or any tools that would let me create worlds like these.
would appreciate if it also supports other world gen mods.

I know there is a mod that can alter how biomes generate, I have seen it in Sevtec. Id look there if I was you
Spelunker’s charm 2 has an option for making caves biome themed, like permafrost stone and dune stone in snowy and desert biomes.
