The Biotocracy of Carnas (BOC) is a city constructed after a terrible event that occurred in the underground city Mellanos 1000 years ago. During the event, those still able minded migrated through the mouth of a large organism to the surface, constructing the city of Carnas. Since Melanos was one of the most technologically advanced civilizations, Carnas quickly developed into a national superpower despite being one of the youngest nations. However, the lead revolutionary Aima, who lost her family in the event, merged herself with the large organism in the hopes she could get revenge on Melania who caused it. Instead, she accidentally revived an ancient evil that spread across the Northern lands, turning Carnas into a nation of flesh. The technology and need to survive came together to form fleshy machines that ran on Aima’s blood. Ever since, Aima still controls the veins and limbs of the nation, eating criminals(and occasionally innocents). Aima rules the nation as the Allmother, a title akin to a dictator.
