You are very close to using exclusively best in slot gear. Assuming you don’t have any buildings blocking your way, I say just go for it.
If you die and decide your gear needs upgrading, I can only actually think of 2 upgrades. Feral claws instead of the climbing claws, and honeyfin fish to replace your potions. But neither of these are at all necessary.

You’re pretty well set, the only thing I would suggest is swapping the climbing gear with feral claws for the attack speed increase. They are found in jungle chest and are used for some of the best offensive melee accessories later on.
I think potions would give you one hell of a power boost. They’re already great in master mode but they’re even better on easier difficulties.
Could use some buff potions, but either way you’re good. Also respect the clean inventory
