its caviar and ostrich egg, if you get a sturgeon fish pond and put the roe into a jam/pickle maker then you get the caviar, and the ostrich egg is from ginger island near the volcano (you have to hoe for it, i think a secret note reveals it) and after you complete the ginger island museum collection you get the ostrich egg incubator (place in barn)

After fish roe is caviar (which you can get from putting specific types of fish roe in a keg) and after tea leaves is an ostrich egg.
