It always generated opposite to the jungle. It should be to the right of the world.

Right next to corruption. on drunk worlds it’s always below the “dead” living tree

Brown Living Wood Tree on the right side. Go down it and you’ll find the dungeon.

Had the same problem but because I didn’t want to spend 100s of hours looking for it in a large world I just used T-edit. Especially since I didn’t realize what I was getting myself into with a “remix” crimson/corruption world.
Crawled all the way out the underworld and looked on both sides of the map to find nothing. Only to realize that it was under a livingwood tree in a sealed off double root trunk. The trunk goes straight into the dungeon entrance like a funnel.
If I had to guess it’s under that stack of trees in below one of their trunks in that right hand section.

It always spawns on the surface. Do you have any kind of mods installed?
you dont have a dungeon in your world?
Special seed where it spawns under the mahogany trees?
