Why do I suddenly have these weird chinese toolips? Is it from Quality of Terraria or something? Can I turn that off or can somebody tell me what that means?

Quality of Terraria was updated yesterday, and I started getting these Chinese characters after that too.
Perhaps something is up with the update and another one will fix the issue.
