This is stupid, for mining fatige you just have to drop your loot on somewhere or put it somewhere. Then step 2: you die, dying makes a short 1 minute peroid of time of not getting minning fatigue for a minute, grab your netherite picaxe and start minning it takes 8 seconds to break a block of obsidian with a netherite picaxe. mine out of the reload chunk with yourl oot. Step 3: carve a path like a stair case upwards in the non reloading chunk so you can keep getting up and minning even when telepoted back you just go up the stair case. Step 4: find and kill the guardinas then kill yourself again to lose the affect faster and you will not get it when you respawn. Now some dumb people are thinking, "wont he respawn somewhere else and lose loot?" no the ender pearl will bring him back. Step 5: using the stair case from before we break the stasis chamber from the side and now just mine back to freedom, sweet freedom.
