So what I'm hearing is… We can make a trap where zombies, which will hold their spears out for villagers, are in the walls and then when the trap activates the zombies launch through the wall.

If the zombies can spear the sulfur cubes why not just leash them all together in a circle around the boat… then the leashed cubes stay close enought to keep it moving the direction you hit it by itself, it would also be only 1 spear boat so they wouldnt self destruct
Imagine playing what's basically dodge ball trying to avoid the boat while trying to direct the cube hoping the boat zombies will hit the other players
