Terraria Noob Sees Weird Plant

Overview: Every Terraria player once found themselves stuck and had to go to the Terraria wiki to find out what to do next…. To see what happens, I grabbed my cousin, who’s never played Terraria before, and put him into certain Terraria scenarios to how he would progress without the wiki. For example, one of the five tasks I gave him was to find and defeat Golem, with the only piece of information he gets is the temple key. Can he figure out how to do it in 30 minutes?

I haven't fought golem yet I just got in a hard mode after doing a group post and some guy gave me a zenith solar flare set and The vortex set but he accidentally gave me four so now I just have three extras
