SV – Something like this (Harvey x farmer!OC)



It took me three lives to finish this video. I don’t know what I was thinking, and even so I still got important parts cut off, like my farmer throwing furniture during a fight (while Harvey just exists (?)), Harvey’s back massages, doctor’s orders, him fixing fences and feeding my already fed animals, and more and more, but I would’ve never finished if it were so.

Considering the confussion with the past video, I’ll explain a couple things from my perspective, feel free to think whatever you want, tho.

I love how insecure Harvey seems to be, it’s like his entire happiness depends on the farmer and I freakin’ love it. He constantly pushes himself down with comments on his physical appearance, his age, his incomes, and his interests. I can only assume being friends with the new girl in town would only corner him into comparing himself with the other bachelors. All of them having something of intererest for a young girl who seems a social butterfly (which I’m not, but the steam achievement required me to), even Shane.

I’ve liked Harvey from the very beginning of the game, so I was super paranoid when I had to carry Shane to the clinic for one of his heart events and sorry, but my main concern during the whole drill was Harvey. “I swear to God I was not drinking with this mess of a man, I was just passing by and happened to… save his life? I don’t know, doc, we are totally unrelated, I don’t know this man, Shane who? Totally not involved.” Shane may not have Spiderman’s control at all, but I’m guessing for that specific scenario Harvey may have thought him and the farmer to be closer.

Some other small comments on the video would be their activities together, like having friends for a night of board games, like Maru, but Robin telling her “to bring his brother along” so things get awkward. Harvey preparing breakfast, forbidding the farmer to go down the mines with a four-months pregnancy, different holidays, and so on.

I think that’s it.

    I've never been attracted to Stardew valley mostly because of it's aesthetic (ngl I prefer the ripoff harvest town)

    But damn your art makes me want to try out those stories

    Initially, I chose Shane and thought "I have to make Shane out of his misery", because of all the potential partners, Shane was the one who suffered the most to think of ending his life, but, Harvey made me fall in love, if I think about it, Harvey is the type of man I want in the real world, so I changed my mind by marrying him, and that made me comfortable, the mature man I always hoped for in the real world❤

    My first play through, I had married Harvey and realized shortly after that he’s very very similar to my husband irl. Like coffee, wine, being concerned about his partners general well-being, also the facial hair and the career paths 😂 How the heck did I get so lucky? 😂😂❤️
