Technically, if you were allowed to sell them, you could buy the catalogues, summon tons of valuable furniture/ paintings, sell them, and then sell the catalogue to profit

So you dump Mayor Lewis' gold statue of himself, that he owns, into a bin that Mayor Lewis empties and sells all the goods for you. And you expect Lewis to sell the statue? Or pay for it? Same with his shorts. You need a better fence.
The shorts dont sell becuase lewis is the one that takes your items out of the shipping bin so he doesnt sell the shorts and just gets them back
