hey gv, thanks for being the relaxing stream i needed, went to the gym today first time after a bad flu and it was quite rough, im not going as high as you yet most likely in terms of kg lifting etc, (usually 25-30kg today 20kg) and it was rouuuugh, but im happy i went i never imagined that i enjoyed excersizing a couple years ago
p.s i only go for once a week for an hour and i get you i feel so much better after
