So I've tried adding more and more book shelves including diffrent tiers of them and im still unable to learn a new spell. Do I gotta beat a boss to learn new spells for these I've beaten the first 2 and this hasn't changed. Am I doing smth wrong?

They need to be vanilla bookshelves, not shelves from Zenith. The Zenith ones only work with the enchanting table.
