The best way to CHEAT in Stardew Valley with the Item ID glitch! #stardewvalley

I definitely don't "recommend" this if your learning the game, but there's no harm in having a bit of fun every now and then! Good luck for all the people still looking for an autopetter!!

I have cheated in stardew exactly once. And that was because I had accidentally placed the golden lewis statue in a spot in an npc’s path, destroying it, so I renamed my character to the item id for the lewis statue

I can’t do the codes in the name cheat. It doesn’t work on console

And the ultimate cheat is [StardropTea] … it will take up your whole name. But once you give enough of those to the Wizard you will be able to change your name in his basement.

Any way to change player name without starting a new save or befriending the wizard?

When you purchase a new animal, the screen will pop up to name them and it will have a random name already chosen. I will usually just use the first name given.
The other day the first random name was "Bobo", and it said something like "this name cannot be chosen" or something like that. The only reason i could think of was because thats what the racoon calls you? Anyone else ever encounter this? Perhaps dirty words it will reject as well? Just found it interesting, it recommended the name then rejected it 😅

This does not work on console.I know it doesn't because I tried it.Several times
