In my country we call it "refresco" which translates directly to refresher, but means Soda. My favorite is a classic ice cold Coca Cola, better if it is a glass bottle one.
I live in Japan, and while Coke is a soda, sprite is called cidar, and fanta is called juice. It makes no sense

Here in Germany it's Cola. Just regular, unbranded Cola. Other brands use the "Cola" for taste as well, just not the "Coke" part, that's for that company.
Alternatives for fizzy drinks would be "Brause" or "Limonade".
I think it's funny he thought the meowmere was good in Stardew because it was good it terraria, its worse than the insect head
